UX Workshops: User Experience for Business
When: Friday, May 20th 2016
Where: Wood Quay Venue, Dublin
Your understanding of users will be taken to a whole new level by breaking down complex journeys in order to identify and solve problem areas. This full-day event will run through the basics of low-fidelity sketching techniques and more complex issues, like identifying customer and user pain points. Three industry-leading guest speakers will share their first-hand knowledge of applying User Experience Design to real business problems, while using real life case studies.
The line-up includes Graphic Mint’s Director of User Experience, Séamus Byrne. His workshop will focus on the visualisation of customer and user experiences, through best practices of user research and journey mapping. He will explain how the principles behind this UX Design process help to improve your online platforms.
Our speakers also include Deryck Fay, a freelance technology professional whose previous work includes startup mobile phone operators as well as long-established corporates. He will share his knowledge on customer journey mapping techniques.
This workshop will focus on the identification of pain points and the simplification of complex processes. Keep an eye on the Graphic Mint Academy webpage, where you will see further speakers and more workshops announced soon.
