Great Design can be at the heart of great Customer Experience (CX). How you present yourself to the customer can determine how well they interact with you and your service. This can be through your Branding, User Interface, or the systems you have in place. For a decade, Graphic Mint has worked with companies large and small to do improve of the above. SuperValu Real Rewards

Musgrave Group hired Graphic Mint to work with their team to deliver improvements to the Real Rewards loyalty scheme operated by their subsidiary SuperValu. SuperValu is one of the largest supermarket chains in Ireland with over 200 stores nationwide. Real Rewards is a popular loyalty scheme with SuperValu customers, but Musgraves wanted to improve its engagement rates and the overall Customer Experience. Graphic Mint conducted thorough Usability Tests on the current Real Rewards journey. This resulted in a report with a list of recommendations. Along with this a series of lifecycle emails were designed to engage customers at set times. You can read more about this exciting project here.

Conway’s Jewellers

Conway’s Jewellers are a family-run business based in the centre of Dublin. When they contacted Graphic Mint they wanted a renovation of their website. This included a new look, a new eCommerce platform and a redesigned brand identity. Graphic Mint was able to help with all of these. The logo and the new look of the website had to reflect what the company felt were its core values. The website received a new information architecture and an eCommerce system that ensures a great Customer Experience. Read more about this project and the work we did here.

Allied Irish Banks

Allied Irish Banks is one of the largest banks operating in Ireland. With a large portion of their customers banking online (whether through the app or on the website), they are continually seeking to improve the experience across all platforms. By following the best principles of user-centred design, AIB wanted to conduct Usability Testing and User research on their online platforms. Graphic Mint was tasked with finding test participants who fitted the different User Personas and could attend various locations across Dublin and Ireland.
